Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services at tp999. Use of this platform by anyone under age is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a member opened an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date.
• An active mobile number or email address is required to create an account.
• tp999 may request valid identification at any time for identity verification.

2.3 Account Verification

tp999 conducts identity verification processes periodically to ensure security and prevent fraud. It is every member's responsibility to cooperate with this process. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the verification process is not completed.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone else.

• tp999 must be notified immediately of any unauthorised use of the account.
• tp999 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use.
• Transferring or selling an account to someone else is prohibited.
• Attempts to operate multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will be detected by the system.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are available for making deposits at tp999: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. For any deposit-related issues, please contact our support team with the transaction number.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no facility to transact in any other currency.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳10,000 will add a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own specific terms, which are stated alongside the offer.
• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games — certain games or game categories may not count toward bonus wagering.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If there is evidence that a bonus was claimed fraudulently, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• tp999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting services offered at tp999 are based on fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a connection is lost during a game, the round will be considered completed once the game result has been determined.
• Winnings earned due to a software or system error are subject to technical review.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, the server log will be considered the final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

Please read the specific sports betting rules before placing bets in the sports betting section. In the event of any dispute over an event result, the official result will be considered final. If an event is cancelled for any reason, the stake will be processed according to the refund policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tp999 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets to exploit the bonus system.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Identifying any system error or bug and taking advantage of it — this must be reported immediately.
• Any attempt to disrupt the platform's security or the experience of other members.

Responsible Gaming

tp999 believes in responsible gaming and is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for members. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be considered a source of income.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits if they wish.
• A self-exclusion facility is available — temporary or long-term account breaks can be taken.

Intellectual Property

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any element of the platform without prior permission is prohibited.
• No part of the platform may be used for commercial purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile the game software is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

tp999 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the platform is not liable if service is disrupted in the following circumstances:

• Natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable events (force majeure).
• Failure of third-party services (internet service providers, payment gateways).
• Scheduled maintenance periods.
• Service suspension due to a cyber attack or security threat.

If excess funds are credited to a member's account due to any technical error, tp999 reserves the right to correct that amount. The member's cooperation is expected in such situations.

Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at Member's Initiative

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any active balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with the relevant policy.

11.2 Closed or Suspended at tp999's Initiative

tp999 may unilaterally close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure or refusal to verify identity.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Dispute Resolution

If a member has any complaint or dispute, they must first contact our support team. We strive to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently.

• How to submit a complaint: notify the support team via live chat or email.
• After a complaint is submitted, the team will investigate as quickly as possible and communicate their decision.
• tp999's decision will be considered final unless a different outcome arises through a legal process.

Changes to Terms

tp999 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, every effort will be made to notify members as far in advance as possible.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be deemed acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore advised to review this page regularly.

If you do not agree to the updated terms and conditions, you have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
