tp999 Responsible Gaming
Fun should never become a burden — tp999 helps you set your own limits, take breaks, and enjoy safely.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming is an enjoyable experience — but it is a form of entertainment for everyone, not a source of income. tp999 believes every player should enjoy games within their own limits. Excessive gaming can have a negative impact on anyone's mental health, family relationships, and financial situation.
That is why tp999 has built several responsible gaming tools into its platform — so you can manage your gaming on your own terms. From setting deposit limits to placing a full account pause, everything is within your reach. Our 24/7 support team is available in both Bengali and English for any need.
For 21+ Only
All gaming services at tp999 are for players aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of account registration. Allowing minors to use an account is strictly prohibited — this is a non-negotiable rule of our platform.
Our Protection Tools
tp999 gives you full control over your gaming — each tool can be used at your convenience.
Set a Deposit Limit
Set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a 24-hour waiting period applies if you wish to increase it.
Time-Out
If you want a short break from gaming, choose a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 90 days. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account or make deposits.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. This step closes your account completely for a fixed or indefinite period.
Age Verification
Every account goes through age verification. tp999 follows a strict verification process to ensure that no minor can create an account on the platform.
Bet Amount Restriction
Decide in advance the maximum amount you will wager per session or over a set period. Sticking to a budget keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns or worries about gaming, contact tp999 via live chat or at [email protected] at any time. Support is available in both Bengali and English.
Recognise the Warning Signs
When gaming shifts from entertainment to a problem, certain signs appear. Think about the following questions for yourself or someone close to you:
- Are you playing repeatedly to try to win back money you have lost?
- Do you feel restless or anxious when you try to stop gaming?
- Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends?
- Is money meant for household or personal expenses being spent on gaming?
- Do you find it hard to control how much time you spend gaming?
- Are you skipping work, studies, or sleep to play?
Do Not Hesitate to Seek Help

- Do not use gaming as a way to relieve stress.
- Do not force yourself to keep playing after a loss.

Deposit Limits & Withdrawal Information
The minimum deposit at tp999 is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically completed in 30 minutes to 3 hours.
As part of responsible gaming, tp999 gives users the ability to set their own deposit limits. You can set a maximum daily deposit amount, as well as separate weekly or monthly limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but a waiting period applies if you wish to increase a limit — this helps prevent impulsive decisions.
Daily Limit
Decide for yourself the maximum amount you will deposit in a single day.
Weekly Limit
Keep easy control over your total deposits across seven days.
Monthly Limit
A monthly limit is useful for planning your budget over the whole month.
Self-Exclusion & Account Pause
If you feel you need some distance from gaming, tp999 offers two different pause options:
Short-Term Time-Out
Temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 90 days. During this period logging in and making deposits are not permitted. Once the period ends your account returns to normal.
Long-Term Self-Exclusion
If you believe the problem is serious, choose self-exclusion — for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This step closes your account completely and it cannot be reactivated before the set period ends. To use this option, write to [email protected].
While self-exclusion is active, tp999 will not send you any promotional messages or bonus offers. We respect your decision.
